Mr. Rajat Roy, who is the creative director of the academy is a  disciple of Mr Anupam Kher. He has done many Ads, Serials & Films & has taught and coached successful leading child actors such as Pritish (Surf excel, Tata Sky, HDFC,  Mahindra tractor fame).
